Career Communication Coaching
This 3-month process is designed to significantly improve your communication behavior. The 12-weeks include: 360* confidential verbal assessment with peers to help identify behaviors in your blind spot, Behavior Action Tracker to keep track of communication behaviors you want to change and six, one-hour coaching calls. You will gain a new sense of confidence in your ability to handle challenging conversations and will experience new-found courage to communicate as the leader you are.

Half and Full-Day workshops designed to help you and your team gain clarity about what you need to do to improve your conversational behaviors and provide you with a step-by-step process to prepare for and conduct even your most complex conversations.

Conversation Skills Labs
These 2-3 hour sessions are highly targeted to focus on specific skill sets and allow participants to practice and apply new skills and behaviors to real-life scenarios. Facilitator and peer feedback provide an innovative and advanced opportunity to fast-track your learning.
